Frankly, Mel Gibson should have been condemned a long time ago, simply for making “The Patriot.” What a bomb that movie was.
It proved that Hollywood is incapable of portraying American history, especially when it has anything to do with the American Revolution.

Here’s a question for you: How many young, upwardly mobile professionals are actually left in New York City, who want to flee Gotham for whatever reason —terrorism no doubt being one—and spend hundreds of thousands of dollars to buy one of the Donald Trump-Lou Cappelli condominiums in suburban New Rochelle and White Plains.
Trump-Cappelli evidently believe the reservoir of rich buyers is bottomless, despite unsettling indications that the real estate market is about to tank.
“Westchester has just become very hot,” Trump said yesterday, while presiding over one of his classically “trumped-up” media events at the nearly built, 435-foot high Trump Plaza in New Rochelle.
JUST become hot? That sounds like classic Trump hype. Ask your neighbor down the street how long his house has been on the market…He’ll likely tell you the only thing that’s hot is the triple-digit temperature baking the back of his neck. It’s truly amazing how much free publicity this guys gets to sell his over-priced product line of junk.
Business partner Cappelli claims that 70 out of the total of 147 condos have been sold, ranging in price from a half-million bucks to $1.8 million. I wonder how many involved no-money down mortages.
Time will tell.
