		<description>I remember when the Battle Hill short cut from Central avenue into downtown White Plains was temporarily eliminated. I wonder if the Pengilly short cut off Weaver will suffer the same fate in the face of this new development. I&#039;m surprised the residents of this neighborhood have not screamed bloody murder already.</description>
