We've all had one of those watershed moments when we realize that we're not as rich as we thought we were. Suddenly, the values of our investments have fallen substantially, and in terms of real estate values, the picture for the future looks dark if you're an owner depending on properties holding their value or rising in value. At the same time, our incomes are threatened, and in many cases, jobs have been lost or salaries cut.

State and local governments are exacerbating these problems by seeking to relentlessly take and spend ever higher percentages of our incomes.

Something is going to snap, and it's not going to be pretty when it does.

Phil, have you spoke with the merchants on the Yonkers Main St. and Waterfront??? And how more than 5 businesses closed and more on the way ... How could Amicone let this happen? How? I know how...

Get the true story of Amicone's debacle and how he helped in the demise?

BIG STORY TO BE TOLD! THE TRUE STORY - NOT THE POLITICALLY CORRECT BS YOU GET FROM CITY HALL.
