Should’ve checked my facts on this one.
In today’s column, I mentioned how Bill Ryan, the county legislator from White Plains and former chairman, was a candidate in waiting in case White Plains Mayor Adam Bradley stepped down. At the same time, I reported that Ryan had not said anything in public in criticism of Bradley, who is facing domestic abuse charges.
Somehow, I missed a March 21 story in which Ryan was quoted as saying that Bradley should resign. However, I did point in today’s column that he was among 18 Democratic district leaders who supported a resolution demanding that Bradley leave office now.
